Basic Rigging

CPCCLRG3001A Licence to perform rigging basic level  

XLT delivers a nationally recognised Basic Rigging training program in compliance with Work Safe Standards and Regulations.

CPCCLRG3001A Licence to perform rigging basic level  covers basic rigging work associated with movement of plant and equipment, steel erections, hoists (including mast climbing hoists), placement of pre-cast concrete, safety nets and static lines, perimeter safety screens and shutters; and cantilever crane loading platforms for licensing purposes.

Pre requisites

  • CPCCLDG3001A Licence to perform dogging
  • Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level

Duration

  • 4 Days

Assessment Method

  • Oral and written theory assessment
  • Practical performance assessment

Academic Award and Recognition

Upon completion the candidates will be issued with the following Statement of Attainment which will be recognised nationally:

Intermediate Rigging

CPCCLRG3002A Licence to perform rigging intermediate level

XLT delivers a nationally recognised Intermediate Rigging training program in compliance with Work Safe Standards and Regulations.

CPCCLRG3002A Licence to perform rigging intermediate level covers all the outcomes for rigging work at the basic level, and also includes rigging of cranes, conveyors, dredges and excavators, rigging associated with tilt slabs, rigging associated with demolition work, and dual lifts for licensing purposes.

  • CPCCLRG3001A Licence to perform rigging basic level
  • Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level

Advanced Rigging

CPCCLRG4001A Licence to perform rigging advanced level

XLT delivers a nationally recognised Advanced Rigging training program in compliance with Work Safe Standards and Regulations.

CPCCLRG4001A Licence to perform rigging advanced level  covers rigging work at the advanced level, which includes all the outcomes for rigging work at the basic and intermediate levels, and also includes rigging of gin poles and shear legs, flying foxes and cable ways, guyed derricks and structures, and suspended scaffolds and fabricated hung scaffolds for licensing purposes.

Pre requisites


  • CPCCLRG3002A Licence to perform rigging intermediate level
  • Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level

Duration

  • 3 Days

  • Practical performance assessment

Academic Award and Recognition
